I collaborate on socially-engaged arts projects, write, create visual art and contribute to mental health service development as an NHS Expert by Experience.

My background is in theatre and dance/movement. I’m British-Maltese, grew up in Coventry and now live in Stroud.

I also enjoy live music, film, singing, time spent in nature, at the library and leisure centre and sharing food with family and friends.
